Welcome to the Ocean Gate Yacht Club! Membership is open to all. We hope you join us!

• The club provides members boat slips for an extra annual fee (may be a waiting list)
• OGYC plans low cost social events for all ages year round
• a private bar for members open most Fridays of the year, and for social events\
• Members may rent the club for personal use at a discounted rate
• Free continental breakfast for members on Sundays in the summer
• Optional adult sailing lessons (fee may be involved)
• Jr. Sailing summer program (discounted fee for members)

Types of Memberships and Fees 2024

There is a one time Initiation fee for all new members: New Member special sign-up prior to 5/31/2024 and receive the old rate of $500 for the fee.

New fee after 5/31/2024 will be $750.00

Initiation fee and tax are already factored into cost when you sign-up. Additionally there are different cost for check/cash vs. credit card/Venmo charges on the pull down menu.

• Family memberships- include young adults up to the age of 26 - 2024 Fee $622.00
• Young Adult membership 2024 Fee $187
• Individual Adult membership 2024 Fee $336
• Individual Senior membership (62 and above) 2024 Fee $281
• Senior Couple Membership (one member must be 62 or older) 2024 Fee $424

Important Information: New members who sign-up through August-December of the year still pay the initiation fee, however their dues are reduced to half for this year only. Next year their dues go back to the regular amount.
